Recommendation: CS1 or CS3?

Wondering what you guys recommend for a 120g w/ 40g sump and 30g frag tank? The CS1 or CS3? The frag tank may get upgraded to something larger, otherwise, don't anticipate any changes.

Mixed reef, med-high stocking rate overall.

Hi KJoFan
A CS1 is all you need. It will handle what you have now plus a larger frag tank.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking.

Would the CS1 also handle a 250g rather than a 120?

Yes, if you put a Swabbie neck cleaner on it to make it run at max efficiency. That is the upper range for a CS1.

Would the cs1 be way overkill on an 80g with 40g sump, heavily stocked (sps, clams, and 9 fish)?
