Red Worm on my lps

Was checking out a Green Flower pot I got from a friend and was little redish brown bugs/worms on it when i poke at the bugs they move/slinks. I dipped it in fresh water and they fell off in seconds

Any thoughts?

pic...hope it helps. I had aefw but have not had an sps in my tank for a couple of months. Plus these were on my lps.

Hope it is not aefw just added 3 new sps frags on saturday!!
