6105 stopped running

Hi Roger,
One of my 6015's (surprisingly the youngest one - less than a year old) has quit on me. For troubleshooting, I have completed the following:

Thorough cleaning of the motor and impeller
Swapping the impeller with a working 6105 motor
Swapping the power supply with a working 6105 power supply
Run without a controller
Substitution of the another controller (Tunze 7095 vs Netpune VDM)

When I connect the 6015 to it's power supply, the LED on the power supply dims noticeably, as is there is some kind of short within the motor, cable, or connector box. Any recommendations on what to do next?

Is this a pump with the built in 7090 controller or with just the connector box? Have you tried with no controller or controller cable connected at all?

Just the connector box.
Yes, I removed the controller altogether.
I also tried another, known-working cable/controller pair.

Please send it in, include a note describing the controller issue and your return address and phone number, if I cannot repair the pump we will replace the motor. I would only need the pump itself, no magnet holder or power supply.
