Question dwarf zebra lionfish, and flame angel in a 29 gallon tank?

i have a 29 gallon that was supposed to be a reef, but had some issues and now im looking to redo the whole thing. ill be adding a 20g sump i believe, and a major skimmer(like 100 gallons give or take) i want to know if i can put a dwarf zebra lionfish in there. i also want to put a Hawaiian flame angel in there and have them as the only 2 fish. id have the cleanup crew and i currently have a cleaner shrimp(probably get eaten, or ill remove him) any comments or concerns?

I know the lionfish would be fine, but I don't know if the flame angle might pick on it in that small of a tank. As long as you have some places for the lionfish to hide the lighting shouldn't be a problem. If your looking for a red fish that would be ok, try a flame hawk.

ok thank you. ill more than likely do the lion then and skip the angel. any other tankmates that would be nice to look at? i have a reef tank, so with the 29, i want to get as far away from a reef as possible...what about things like arrow crabs, sally lightfoots, cleaner shrimp, coral banded shrimp, urchins and the cleanup crew? would the lion eat any of them?

Probably, the lion would eat pretty much any crustaceans it could fit in it's mouth and probably kill those that it couldn't. You could try a small angler or some other waspfish or scorpionfish.

Ok ill look into them. What about clean up? I've heRd they won't attack snails a hermit crabs, and if so, how to I keep the rocks and sand clean? Currently have a 4 inch sand bed.
