Hey echotech got a simple question.
What is the best setting for green and reds to be at so that unwanted algae growth is discouraged? Please help I think this is my issue with algae on my sand bed.

Chercm,
My aquarium is 12 inches deep, and my schedule is a modified Radiant color. Also, if you are concerned about Red/Green light, I recommend running you're Radion on the 20K preset.

Evo,
Every aquarium is different and will require different lighting perimeters. I would recommend starting with a schedule that is similar to what you have now, and slowly changing to a more customized schedule.

Hi, Alex, this is Kelvin from China, I am the new bird of reef tank. And today, I got my first PRO which will be used on a small tank (45cmX45cmX45cm) for the LPS mainly. Could you suggest or send me a similar schedule of mine? My email: soongkelvin@gmail.com Thank you so much for your help |

I would recommend experimenting with the preset templates in EcoSmart Live. From there you can edit each schedule to your specific needs, or I would try importing some schedules found on this thread.

I also want to use the EcoSmart Live, but normally, it's very slow when we connect the server from China, even I can not do any operation at all. I am a IT guy, I had tested many different network with the different Internet connection, but the results were the same. So if it's fine, could you send me 1 or 2 templates which are suitable for my small reef tank (45X45 X40, 66L, LPS Tank) first? Of course, I will try the live more and more to find the solution. |

Kelvin,
An MP40wES will be fine for an aquarium that size. You will just want to run the VorTech at a lower overall speed.
