what time of day to feed reed roids?

I'm thinking as late at night as possible after lights off b/c of more PE?
Would it be helpful at all with low PE daytime?

TY

Noon? Sure, if there's PE, but night when the polyps are extended fully would be better. This is also mainly when they eat in the wild.

I broadcast feed 1 hour after lights out, no flow, no skimmer for 30 minutes.
During the lights on period, corals are busy with their photosynthetic processes.
Don’t forget to turn everything back on.
