Any glue or solvent I could use to fix the corners on my perfecto 220 (6x2x30")?

No, New tank or used? Clam shell chip or true crack? Pic if you could.

Used tank. Definite crack on multiple corners.

Sure.. I think rfgonzo thinks your glass is cracked and missed the whole trim part..

Depending on the actual damage it could be as simple as super glue or an epoxy suitable for plastic..

Does the epoxy bind to the plastic or weld it together?

Epoxy (glue/adhesive) is not a solvent (weld)

I am thinking this may be good enough:

J-B Weld 50139 Plastic Bonder Body Panel Adhesive and Gap Filler

Probably..
Hard to tell as only you know the extent of the damage..

The trim on this tank is mostly cosmetic ..... mostly. The cross braces (cannot recall if one or two) are important however.
