Algae Identification

Hey guys. could you help me identify this strange looking, clear, pipe-shaped algae coming from some hair algae in my tank?

I only see one so I'm not sure. But my guess is tunicates

hmm i've never heard of tunicates. this thing seems to have a green base though if that would make any difference with trying to figure out what it is. I am very curious!

yea...it looked really strange like one tentacle of an anemone sort of...has a green base very similar to the color of the hair algae though
