Yours is awesome it really made me want to get one... I waited until Kevin got those tiny lil guys earlier this summer... He was about 1.25-1.50 inches when I got him... Currently about the same size- not feeding him too heavy... Still every bit the juvi, with the black bands... Can you toss up a pic of your for me? Thanks, TK |

that is a female crosshatch...who is unsure, lol...I lost my male, unexpectedly about 4 weeks after he was in dt, did a slight necropsy and saw nothing to my relatively untrained eyes...have not replaced as the female seems to want to go male...yeah, they are pigs...have to swap out my 7 by 14 inch 200 micron socks every 2 days...I do bleach them but they get lint balls and ugly quick...just got 10 new ones from brs...
how are your fish doing? always good to see you in here... |

I was just about to ask you for a video.
My fish are doing good. The most aggressive fish in my tank is the smallest fish, the lemonpeel angels. I just started vodka dosing to try and get my nitrates(100+++) down. I'm up to 22mls/day (11ml am + 11mls pm). I dont have any issues, but maybe for sensitive fish like the achilles, a sub 60ppm nitrates would help them thrive long term. I am looking at your rock and seeing algae growth. I'm wondering why my rock is still looking like they day I placed them in? Is it due to using mostly room fluorescent lighting? I believe you're still using room lights too?

Awesome pics! I love that first one with the large cloud of PE mysis just floating there.
That clam feeding will be insane, can't wait to see pics/vid of that. Who is the boss of the tank right now?
