Clown fish question

Can anybody tell me what this white is on my clown fish please?

Oh boy that’s a serious infection you have there... could be ich but most likely just fungal.

Definitely get him into a QT and start treatment with an anti bacterial or fungal program.

Could be brook. Clownfish are famous for that.

That looks like Brook to me. Treat with anti-protozoans ASAP! Formalin solution!

Can i treat in the main tank or will I need a quarantine? My tank parameters are ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 5 that s all i can test for at the moment. Will "brook" spread to my other fish?
