Destroyed bottle caps (10ml and 50ml)
Recently, it has come to our attention that bottle caps are being destroyed while in transport. Therefore we would like to advise all customers to report all damaged products.
The product should be returned to us. Once the complaint has been made, it will be exchanged for new product. This situation is associated with the small amount of faulty batch of caps. These were delivered to us by supplier by mistake. As a result all caps were exchanged in September. We would like to ensure you that quality of our products has not changed. The defect affects only the packaging. While the recall include limited number of products, we know that this type of event creates concern for our customers.We would like to apologize for occurred error and any inconvenience caused. Oh my - i just shipped in 5 bottles of ProBioS that i picked up yesterday & 2 bottles were like this,the top of the cap was cracked open & bottle empty of contents.
Already out in this mornings garbage tho. Those caps have been breaking in the same place for awhile(not in shipping but while using) This pic is what i've had them doing in use - never took a pic of the broken shipped ones but break was in the same place i think Last edited by 2una; 09/29/2016 at 03:53 AM. |

Same problem here. I just ended up gluing the busted seams so that air could not get in. I can't use my Pro Bio S. It went bad. Oh well.
