It's a ball anemone, psuedocorynactis. Generally harmless.

What is your suggestion? Should I remove them even it’s not harmful? I so far found about 8-10 of them

I'd leave them be unless you see signs of them irritating nearby corals.

Yup! Ball nem. They tend to be harmless.
