Kessil Question

The more ya do this hobby I guess the less ya know.
I ordered a whole bunch of coral from Live aquaria. I got them Tuesday. So, far I have a brain that doesn't open, a a long tentacle plate that looks terrible, a red gonipora that hasn't opened, and 2 SPS that look like they're bleaching.
My tank has a nice mix of existing LPS,SPS,and softies in it. Some of them have been there for years. My tank looks amazing and is very well taken care of. My parameters are fantastic and I have tip top Lighting. WTH is going on?
Live aquaria says they light with actinic s and they did not specify their 8-12k light source. I assume MH.
I run my Kessil's nothing higher than 30℅color and 40℅ intensity for roughly 6 hours a day. Most of that time is in conjunction with a 24",6 bulb ATI T5 fixture. What else can be done?

Buying corals through the mail is a good idea. You have to buy from the right vendor at the right time of year.

Yeah, one thing is for sure. Never when it's wintery weather. They came on time but, the SPS was cold. Plus,I thought liveaquaria was reputable. I believe they are. The next time,if there is one. I will be asking what they use for lighting. Because,it matters. I placed an order through vivid Corals last year and that went well. I asked about their Lighting and they use LED and T5's as well. I felt confident in that purchase. I suppose I took it for granted. Plus, the girl on the phone couldn't pronounce pavona. That should have been a giveaway.
