MRC Calcium Reactor problem

I am setting up a used MRC calcium reactor and am having trouble with the Milwaukee CO2 regulator. I am getting blasted by the CO2 out of the left side of the regulator. There seems to be a pin hole opening that is letting out the CO2. How do I stop this?

Thanks for any help you can provide.
