Maxspect Gyre controllability

See this video on BRS tv, from the 8:30 to 9 minute mark.
I want to basically do what they did there. Is there a controller I can get that can do that? BRS tells me the maxspect controller cant do that. What good is a controller if you can't program, and have to pick from preset controls?
Is there a way I can customize 2 maxspect gyre pumps programs without having an entire apex controller and other adapter?
