If you don't have a Frag tank like most of us where would you for us to put them mate? It does not matter how many corals or frags you have in your tank it's all about positioning of the Aquascape. I now talking jamming the tank with live rock and just throwing your corals on your rock. Here is a pic of my old tank since i am getting ready to plumbing my new SC 150 with a Synergy Overflow box.

You're quoting post that are over a year old and a thread that is dead because Photobucket ruined it. Just wanted to fill you in if you wondered why people are not responding to you.

Don't cut the frags unless you're going to give/sell them to someone. It's what I did when I didn't have a frag tank.

It's okay to have a rack for new purchases or to temporarily house a coral till you move it out, but all too often the racks become a permanent fixture in the tank.

Looks like you're heading the right direction.
Here's my opinion, but do what makes you happy

Mike,scape looks really nice man
The only thing i would maybe change,is that i would love that alone island on the right to be 50% smaller in size to make it look even more distant from the rocks at the back,if you know what i mean.
Other than that i really like it

Thanks for doing this. I plan on adding height on the top by putting the stags there. Not sure if this is the right thing to do. There was an island on the left corner which I took out. I might put it back.

Thanks. So what appears to be an island is actually a peninsula. I can definitely turn to an island and make it smaller. I will try and see how it looks. Thanks again!

Quick question, your Majestic Angle does not mess with any of your SPS corals or soft?

Here's my canyon aquascape, using 20# Staxx rocks and some old rockwork structures as well.

Some of these aquascape makes you want to to redo your own tanks. The ones that can resist are the strong ones in the end. So tempting, advice for new reefer's, make sure you really really love the way your tank is done as once things are setup there is no going back once corals are in.

I'll bite. I set this up in April or so? It's been purple for months, but corals still haven't grown in, so no reason to update.

The only change I'm half-tempted to make is to drop the entire right side horizontal bridge down to the bottom of the center, so that it gives more room for coral growth over time.
