Any idea what these spots are?

I have 3 of these clowns in the tank. Two of the three have the same spots. They started hosting this plate coral because the nem took on the power head last weekend. Any ideas what's going on? Should I be condemned. They eat well, no other fish shows any signs at all of infection or disease.

Also here's a pic of that poor anemone that lost to the powerhead. It definitely shredded the tips and the foot won't attach at all anymore.
