Looking for Chaeto
I'k getting ready to setup a refugium. I can't seem to find and chaeto, most places are out of stock.
Any suggestion on where to find some? Thanks Richard |

Most LFS around here don't sell it, but I do have a club in my area and everybody seems to have it for some reason. Last edited by AlSimmons; 05/26/2018 at 11:16 AM. |

you can soak/rinse in fresh water to rid hitchhikers--cheato is very hardy. these 2 are out of stock but good sources: https://www.live-plants.com/ https://www.kpaquatics.com/product/chaetomorpha-algae/ locals usually give it away, but you still want to rinse it: http://www.columbiamac.org/ocp2/index.php

I've always had trouble buying chaeto from eBay but recently gave this seller a try and was pleasantly surprised. The chunks he sent were really large (and healthy). Very happy
