Grey spots look like sand kick up, the mouth looks like it just ate. It is pretty vibrant and green. Is it local or to be shipped?

Oveall it looks ok, I would ask for a pic with the mouth closed up normal and not one that looks like it just ate something, just to be sure.

+1. I'm guessing that it just ate something too. If not, then there's something wrong with it. Definitely ask for a photo of a "normal" appearance.

Agreed..

I would ask for a new picture too... Mouth open like that is not normal but it does have good color which does not always mean the coral is healthy. The mouth will be open if it is newly shipped but should close within a day.

Things I look for when buying a anemone:
Good color
Sticky
Attached
Mouth closed

That's not how my carpet looks when it just ate. It's all closed up with no mouth visible. Even after a while after the meal the mouth is still closed. To me that anemone does not look that great.

Carpet looks like it was just fed. Otherwise looks fine to me.

Feeding an anemone can hide an otherwise gaping mouth. Ask to see a photo when it was not fed in the last 30 minutes.
