Hello,
What is the warranty period on this unit? I am having trouble with the power connector that plugs into the bottom on the head unit. If you unplug it and plug back in you have to manoeuvre ig around for it to turn on.

Unless this is a very old unit (pre 2012), the issue is usually that at some point the power supply tip landed in saltwater and the positive contact (inner contact) is corroded, replacing the power supply will solve such an issue. If you check the power supply tip and notice anything other than shiny nickel plate contacts inside the hole at the end, this is probably the cause. If plugged in at the wall and wet with saltwater it basically is reverse electroplated and the metal is rapidly dissolved and damaged.
