New tank
So I just got a new tank about three weeks since I started the first I want to swap them out. The original sits where I want the new one is my first problem, second I want to reuse my sand from the original one to the new one. I know that it recommended but when I bought the first one it came with sand so I washed it out really well and it had a mini cycle. I figured since I wash it out really well and it’s been set up less than a month it shouldn’t be a problem. I do have 3 small fish 4 frags (gsp candy cane zoa)and some hermit crabs and snail so would I need to rewash the sand or do you guys think it be okay to not rewashand not have a major spike

Your post is a bit confusing but I think you said you just started a new tank a few weeks ago and just got another tank that you want to move everything into..
If so thats totally fine and there is no need to rewash the sand or do anything special.. Just transfer the contents of one tank into the other and enjoy..
