is this Zoa or anemone ID?

I purchased some live rocks from a tear down. The rocks are sitting in a bin and I see these polyp on it. First i thought they look like zoa but they they move and follow the light. I know one rock dont have any of them on it and over night one pop up on the top because i have the light on it over night.

They have green short stubby tentacles. few are brown. so far i can see 20 or so spread out over 70lb of live rocks.
