i was just looking at that smithii again and it does look like to me like the spots are on a lens or deebree in the water but i also noticed the points on the telson look to be missing or blunted somehow, it's been a while since i've had a smithii but i'm prety shure they should come to a sharp point

If anyone is interested I am selling my female peacock because we are moving across the country. I wish there was a way to keep her, I have grown quite attached to this little thing. I'm in Vegas so if any one is nearby send me a PM.

Jamie
That's kind of a funny typo in their description, but yeah, it does say 8 feet long. I think you would need a minimum of a 1000 gallon tank for that. And I'll tell you this... You couldn't pay me any amount of money to wrestle an 8 foot mantis shrimp into the tank. You'd probably have to hire Sea World to transport it.

That G. Ternatensis is really beautiful. It's a good thing that I don't have room for any more tanks. I'd go broke!

Shipping $ makes me so sad. Eyeballing that one, but may have to let wallet speak when I have at least one for sure shop that can get me a Sycllarus @ $60.

Wish I lived on the coast.
