NHRC Meeting 3/27/11

Sean and Melissa have graciously offered to host our March meeting

Date : Sunday 3/27/2011
Time : 2:00PM - 5:00PM
Place : Henniker, NH (please visit NHRC thread for details)

Our Educational Theme will be DIY Demos.
We're not going to make a mess with actual "projects" but just show a few fun things off as idea starters for members.

It's all going to be very informal and fun. Any member is encouraged to bring in anything that they would like to share with others for DIY devices, materials, projects or whatever. This is sort of a "show and tell" Day. Just post a reply here with ideas and we'll include it in the list below. (Request, please consider this more of a "demo" than projects. We DON'T want to fill Sean and Melissa's house with stinky glue/solvents, or cutting PVC or anything beyond some simple demos - Thanks !)

Here's a list of likely Demos:
Sean - DIY Skimmer
ScottL - Material samples from InternetMesh.net - Screen Covers and other DIY Fun
ScottL - DIY Mechanical Toilet Flapper Surge Device
ScottL - Maybe some Algal Turf Scrubber items (tentative)
Sean - Possibly ideas for DIY Siphon based surge device
Bobbofin - LED project he built
Dragon2115 - More LED fun - bring sunglasses
More TBD
