Nano Doser

Does anyone know if something like this Nano Doser 1 still exists or why it was discontinued (legality issues maybe??)

Things like that are still being sold but are at medical supply pricing $$$$$..
None that I'm aware of being sold at hobby level pricing..

I thought those were all used medical units anyways that someone had a surplus of and was just getting rid of them.. The supply likely dried up..
I can't think of any reasons legality would have stopped it..

It would be quite simple (well for some) to make one..

And reason a regular dosing pump wouldn't work for you?

I have small 32G tank and dose daily 1mL each of Reef Fusion 1 & 2 and 0.5mL NoPox.
Other dosing pumps seem overkill/expensive for my simple needs.

I have a Smart Micro ATO and 15-Liter RO/DI reservoir. I would say it adds 1.5 - 2.0L back into the main tank on daily basis. Could I add these 3 things to the reservoir and just let the ATO take care of the dosing? ( I actually thought the Reef 1 & 2 cannot be mixed together though ).

This is the only other doser I know of besides the single variety.

This is a syringe pump, a neat little piece of hardware. You can find them online, might not be super cost effective for what you are doing. You could look on the lab supply stores for used equipment.

I asked because the "Nano Doser" was priced at $100 and seemed to have a very low profile. Everything else out looks awkward for a small tank and/or does way more than I would want a daily basis.

I will probably eventually go with a Apex DOS (since I have an Apex Jr), it costs $299 and can dose as little as 0.1 mL. Until then, I guess I will just do it manually.

The GHL 2.1 stand-alone doser goes down to .1ml as well. Like you, have a smallish tank and dose ZEOvit stuff and want something that can dose small amounts and be precise. I’m planning on the GHL, but it’s not the cheapest option. That Chinese WiFi dosing pump (koemer or something like that) supposedly does .1ml as well, but I just trust GHL more.

The GHL 2.0 (the older model) even on-sales is $309.
Kamoer X4 WiFi dosing system sells for $340 and there are a lot of negative reviews.

As mentioned, I will probably go with the Apex DOS for $299, but for now I guess I can will just keep using my 1mL insulin syringes and the 2 minutes it takes each morning for Ca, Alk and NoPox.
