Baby anemone surprise? Something to be concerned about?
I am fairly new to the hobby. About 4 months of experience. I have 2 clowns, 1 orchid dottyback, 1 diamond goby, about 20 snails (nerite and bumblebee), and 5 hermit crabs( 2 scarlet, 2 zebra, and 1 brand new Halloween). I got the Halloween hermit crab today and he immediately went on a Branch live rock I have. Went all the way to the top and have been there ever since. I just noticed this weird anemone looking thing on the branch right next to him. I’m kind of concerned and confused considering I’ve never had an anemone in my tank. I was afraid it was some kind of parasite or something. Sorry if I’m totally off and it’s nothing. (I’m on mobile, I am trying to figure out how to upload a picture once I do I will upload it to the thread)
