Hi Paul,

Yes, the shop is in JJ market.
Livestocks will be taken out and put back as soon as possible.
Should be around 2 days.

In the future, it may be available in your local area.

Please do not take this any king of criticism, I just trying to understand because my rockwork skills s**k and this would be great option for me.
Looking forward to your progress.

That is the theory which we always follow.

Totally agree.

Hi Chingchai,
Looks like a great start. I'm sure this will be such a huge learning curve for all of us. Using substitutes and leaving nature untouched will be the future of our hobby for sure. You are again leading the way and inspiring us all.
Wishing you all success

So how long will you treat the new "rock"? Are you adding anything to treat it? What's the process?

I respectfully disagree.

Two weeks in fresh water and six weeks in seawater.
I will add carbon and ozone when I treat with seawater.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Today I will try new salt which I think it is the best salt in Thailand. Changing around 700 litres(186 gallon) or 15% of total tank volume.

Chingchai,

Is it safe to leave everything outside like that? Do you have any safety precaution to avoid anyone from "adding unknown liquid substance" into the reservoir tank while you're in the process of cleansing and seeding the new rocks?

Time for the daily newbie question!
Quote:
Two weeks in fresh water and six weeks in seawater.
Why would you need to treat the fiberglass rock? Is it to get any of the left over chemicals out? Or is it to get the new rock in the same chemical balance as the system?

Paul. Thank you for your concern.
I am a optimistic guy so I hope nobody will do that to my tank.
