Removing Condi Anemone From ROck?

Is there a way i can get a condi Anm. to detatch from a rock so i can get rid of him ,I don't want to hurt him but don't want to give his rock away...

Aim a powerhead at its foot or use an icecube on the foot. It may take some time, so just be patient.

if there small enough , you can nudge there foot off using your thumbnail. I don't try this with larger specimens since this is the only anemone that gets a reaction from me when stung. Bigger fella's I take out with the rock there on, if there on a rock I don't want em on, I do what the cowboyswife recommended, powerhead blasting them till they move.

there really big so the thumbnail wont work...Thaanks i'll try powerhead.
