what temp do I set the heaters at

you want your tank between 72 and 82, but preferably between 78 and 82.

my tank is constantly at 79.2 i dont like it lower or higher than that

CoRPS is correct, and temp swings of a few degrees 78~86 is not a Bad Thing, perhaps even helpful http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/sh...readid=1525963
, so you can set your heater nearer the lower end of that range if your house tends to cool off at times, sending the tank temp below 78, or equipment/lighting heats things up during the day more that you would like. Otherwise, shoot for the middle.
