Tunze 6105 red blinking light
I have a Tunze 6105 with the fix shaft. It was working and all of a sudden it stop and have a red blinking light. I have clean it completely with vinegar and still doesn't spin. Does this mean I need a new motor?

Is the red blinking light on the power supply? Is the shaft still rigidly fixed in the motor?

Yes, the red blinking light is on the power supply. Yes, the shaft is still rigid to the motor. Before when it got stuck, I would manually spin the impeller and it would work again. Now its just a slight move and stop.

Usually this is an indication it is dirty, there is a power overload as a result, are you sure there is no calcium deposits on the shaft and the hole in the middle of the drive unit? If it is clean, it could be a faulty power supply, do you have another one from another pump you could try?

I soak it in vinegar and its clean with no deposit. And I also switch power supply. Still no go.

Most likely then the motor is going bad, unless the disk 3005.740 is upside down or missing, it really is the only remaining possibility. How old is this pump? Repair would be by replacement of motor block 6105.100.
