UPS Package hasn't moved in a week..
I purchased Rock from reef cleaners on Wed Mar 28th it is now April 4th and still at UPS Store hasn't moved. Anyone else ever have this issue?

I just checked now finally at UPS origin facility. So it went from UPS Store in Fort Pierce, FL, United States to Origin Ups Facility in Fort Pierce, FL, United States
A week later? Geez |

UPS stores are privately owned and operated so the experiences will greatly differ from store to store. Shipping something through the store is substantially more expensive than if you went to a facility. Also not sure about the accountability if something happens like what happened to you as far as UPS goes.

Interesting, I ordered 50 lbs of rock from Reef Rocks a while back. When I received it, I noticed it had actually been shipped from Reef Cleaners. Mine arrived in a couple days.

Sometimes they forget to scan the packages when they load them on trucks or etc. Or the barcode gets damaged, and they just do it manually without scanning.
I had cases where a package was shown as "at origin facility" for several days and then, it was out for delivery at my location without any indication of movement in between. If you check the package when you get it back, sometimes you can see the original label is damaged and they printed a new label. |
