It has been starting to grow on my rocks and sand since this month. My water chemistry is all good, they are not the hairy algae. What are those algaes?

Any bubbles in the algae? If so it could be dinoflagellates which would be bad, they can be tough to eradicate. Could also just be some diatoms. Either way a better picture would help.

Does if come off the sand fairly easy? If so, my guess would be cyanobacteria.
