Bought my unit about 2 and a half years ago... the threading on one of my filter housings stripped.... called them up and Jim said he'd send me out another one for free and I should receive it in 2-3 days... i was actually expecting them to charge me for a replacement part and they offered to send me another one for free without me even asking... They've got my business for as long as I'm still reefing and need an RO/DI unit.... Thanks Jim!!!!

That is the reason I just ordered a ocean reef+1 the other day. Ups just dropped it off earlier can't wait to get it set up.
