Did you quarantine your live rock? Just like fish and corals, live rock can bring in all sorts of nasties like destructive crabs, stomatopods and fire worms.

Did you get a little nervous when you started to fill the tank?? I know I did when I finally got mine wet. Wait so long and then you wonder if you have done everything you needed to do. :0)

Lmao indeed!! We did have one minor hook up where the glue on one of the hammerhead CL wasn't applied correctly I assume because when we powered it on water went everywhere. No biggie Pedro jumped in to action while I jumped behind Rock from VIP for safety lmao. I guess I forgot to glue the pvc or I didn't put enough. Long story short Pedro and Rick laughed at me for the rest of the night due to my amazing acrobatic ninja skills!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Looking good It sure is nice to see it wet. It has taken some time but you planned this out so well. I just wish I could have seen the ninja move.

Looking great! I see some Chromis in there. Maybe I missed it but can you give us some insight on what your plans for stocking the tank are?

Mixed reef, anemones, gorgonians, maybe a clam or two but my fish selection may keep them in the 220

The main attraction will be a pair of emperors. That's why the clams may have to go in the 220.

I will have a Singapore angel or two. Same with flames. Throw in some dragones once the pods are enough to keep them filled. A pair of the Roy's mandaron and a pair of psychedelics.
