Question This doesn't look right to me - sick fish

So, I have been on Craigslist looking for an appropriate aquarium for me to start with saltwater. And I see this person who has a complete set up, with fish, for sale, a really good deal monetarily. Some of the coral looks beautiful, but then I see a picture of a Blue Tang, and somehow this just doesn't look right. This fish looks very ill to me.

Does it to you?

Poor fishie. HLLE is such a poorly understood ailment. Not really any known 'cures'. Improved diet often helps but fish is often left permanently scarred if pitting got deep enough I wouldn't really worry about purchasing the aquarium especially if it is a super good deal. If you maintain the aquarium well and potentially improve diet, then you might very well be able to reverse the condition. HLLE is more a 'condition' then a 'disease' often due to poor diet, poor water quality, possibly cheapo carbon, etc. That fish, however, will likely be permanently scarred.
