Unhappy Help! Flame bubble tip anemonie

Help please, i got a flame tip 3 days ago and now its moved down under my rock and is hiding, whats wrong with him
Water parms are all good and im running 2 viparspectrum 165w with blues on 40% and whites on 10%
55gal aquarium 4ft long

The lights are also 12" above water line

So he could stay hidden under the rock forever? I thoufht these things liked being out in the light and swaying in the current

They'll anchor their foot in a rock out of the light/flow and can stretch their body a lot more than you think to reach light/flow/food. That way they can retract into safety if they need to. Oh and don't overfeed it.

Give it some days to adjust to the new environment. It’s perfectly normal for new additions.

Yep normal. I have one that stays inside a cave but stretches all the way out almost 5" to get the light.

It may have been under weaker lights than what you have it under now, could be acclimating.
I'd leave it alone for now, let it settle.
