Auto Feeder

I just read that Neptune is coming out with a feeder that is designed to work with the Apex controller.

Does GHL have any plans to develop a similar product for their ProfiLux controller?

Yes, we are working on this right now. GHL always goes for the more complex and does not find units already out there and modify to their own purposes so this will take longer.

Awesome… For me this is a killer feature and I have wanted something like this for a long time. Waiting for a better product is a no brainer, I waited for the ProfiLux.

Think we need to wait for after Interzoo to see what GHL are planning, we are never given any forward role out plan. I only know that we have sent recently concepts to GHL which were received in regards to a feeder.

Yeah, i've been putting off getting a third party feeder for a long time now!
I'd love to hear some kind of status report or projected timeline or if it's even going to be coming out at all. If it's a matter of months, I'd wait. If we are talking something like third quarter of 2015 I can buy something else in the meantime.

I am in the same boat. An update would be great!

GHL have been busy moving of late. I think this has taken up a lot of their time. Wait till they settle in and then I think we will see some great new products and features released.

From what I've discussed with the owner; it is too expensive for them to make their own out of German parts, etc. I gave them the lead to feeder Neptune uses but not sure if it will bear fruit.

I guess a feeder is not a priority for them at this time.

it would depend on the interface. there is a few ways you could modify a feeder to work with a profilux.

I have been planning on using the Smart Feeder and just power it on and off.

Bump. Did the feeder ever become a live product?

Or any feeders that can be controlled by the Profilux for a custom setup?

There is a power controlled adapter on the market that can be used, though I don't recall the brand/model.

in 2014...... we are working on this right now. GHL always goes for the more complex and does not find units already out there and modify to their own purposes so this will take longer.

So is there any hope for 2018 product release.
