My ricordea yuma looks like butt

I have a green ricordea yuma that I purchased on October 8th and it has been the frag that has looks the best. In the last week it has been getting lighter and lighter. Originally it started shrinking down and becoming more neon and now it stays shrunken and not extended. My tank is a 24gallon nano cube with maxi jet 1200 return and a korellia 240 gph. I am running a AI prime JS that is 11-12 inches off the water.
Salinity is 1.026
PH 7.8-8.0
Ammonia is 0
Nitrite is 0
Nitrate between 5-10ppm temp between 78-79

Weekly 5 gallon water changes. All other frags in the tank look great and are growing but the ricordea is going the opposite. It also has 2 babies on the same frag disc

after a month of settling down in your tank it's had to go through some adjustment from where ever it came from. different nutrients, lighting, flow and parameters.
personally i would probably just find it a spot with a little less flow and light and see if it improves over the following weeks.
