Triton test, how long does it take to get results?

It's been past a month and nothing yet.
How long has it taken you?

thanks,
Albert

I haven't read many posts about their turnaround time. Sorry!

Thanks, I just emailed them. They have 4 emails on their website but only one works.
Seems a long time to wait if you're having trouble with the tank.
Anyone know what others are out there and if they are faster?

thanks,
Albert

I don't have any data on the response times for the various vendors. There's Aqua Medic, which I think is the primary other one people seem to use. I'd check into the vendors before sending money, though.

Thanks,
I just received an email from Triton stating that if it has been over a month, it probably got lost.
They are sending another test.
Albert

They ship it from CA to Germany, once or twice a week. Typically, the turn around for me is about 10 days to two weeks, counting the time it takes to get to CA from where ever you are located.

I just tried ICP-Analysis.com this week they are in Colorado I believe. Sent the test off Monday they received it Wednesday and I had the results Thursday afternoon. Single test was 29.99 shipping was $3.50. They are cheaper if you buy in bulk.

I've attached my results, although the layout isn't as great as the Triton testing it is great for the price.

Seems like you have an answer already but Triton typical turnaround time is 9 days from east coast.(n=2, 8 days, 10 days) They ship to Cali first, then to Germany. MAKE SURE TO LINK THE BARCODE WITH YOUR TANK FIRST. I forgot once, and that test was lost...
