Cycling Question - Water Change / Clean Up Crew

Hey Guys,

My tank is nearing the end of its cycle. Here's what's going on...

Amonia - 0
Nitrate - HIGH
Nitrite - HIGH
PH - 8.1
Alk - Little low but near normal
Calcium - test in the mail.

I've had diatoms growing more and more since Sunday. The coloring on the live rock is pretty faded, but I can still see some areas with faint color. I've been running just the atinic lights for 12 hours / day and dosing 1 capful of Purple Up every evening.

I have 2 questions:
1) How much longer should I wait to do a water change? When I do one... how much do you reccomend? I was planning on %50.

2) How long should I wait to add a clean up crew? I'd rater add them sooner than later to prevent too much alge from building, but I also don't want them to starve. Also, I'd like to get a coral beauty or some other grazer fish so I don't want them to clean up too much... Any ideas?

Thanks again,

Bdare

as soon as your Nitrites drop to 0...I would do a water change wait a couple of days and then add your crew
