Need some Advice...

Not new to the hobby but new to the maintenance business. And I am wondering if anyone else in this hobby does the same. And what type of waivers / contracts they use?

We have a particularly difficult client that seems to find anything and everything he can to complain about so just want to Cover our Butts in the legal end with him.

TIA

You can always say it's not worth having him as a customer.

Just make sure you have consistent/defined standards/work practices and then keep detailed documentation not only text based but take dated photos..

There is always going to be one "unfriendly customer"... Stay calm and professional..
