CalcFeeder Basic/Pro - latest generation calcium reactor

I own a 500 Gallon system (650 gallons total) and dose currently alk.cal, mag, stronium, and acro power and thinking about no longer dosing all and cal and going with a calcium reactor. i am a big Pacific sun fan and think they have quality products and i am going to go with there new CalcFeeder Basic/Pro - latest generation calcium reactor. this thing looks amazing. here is the link to it. it was just released and i like what i see. what are your thoughts on this fellow reefers. my Tank has been up now for over a year and is mainly SPS dominated.my tank looks amazing and the corals are growing like crazy. i am just sick and tired of chasing my all and calcium levels. here is the link for the calcium reactor.https://pacificsun.myshopify.com/col...alcium-reactor

I would ask about availability of a new pump just in case, since it is European.
Looks like a winner.

That thing looks nice! Also have a look at Dastaco reactors as well. They are awesome.

I have looked at the Dastaco but I like the fact I won't have to use a PH probe with the pacific sun model and I also love the quality of their products.

I got in contact with there support people and let them
Know which model I wanted and that I was from the USA ( they subtract the taxes EU customers have to pay) I don't think they have a USA distributor yet so my reactor will be getting shipped from Poland. I was told sept/ October I would receive my

I ordered the AC3 Pro through a conversation with support. It looks like a nice unit, and quite a bit less expensive than Das Taco. I like the degassing chamber thrown in for free during preorder.

I thought Deep Water Aquatics was distributing them in North America. Is that deal off?

I just learned...shipments of the Calcfeeder Pro will be in the last week of October. First shipments of CalcFeeder Basic units (without the advanced controller) were shipped last and this week. Pacific Sun is waiting for controller boards for the step motor pumps with touch screen - one of their suppliers had a delay and it will postpone shipments for two weeks.

Those don't work on the same principal, do they? They have a lot of expensive stuff with no description.

I read that it's to break up the co2 bubbles.

Yeah I read that too. Very interesting concept and build on the reactor. I love my GEO reactor, but these do look interesting.
