I just put the RO tubing inside the pump tubing & used a zip tie, no pressure on the line.
Tubing not ordered yet, there are 4 of us I figured I would wait a while for more takers.
But it is essentially 1/4" ID.

Gotcha. If it is 1/4” ID tubing, then I was thinking of doing something similar to what is done on the Masterflex thread with John Guest quick connect fittings.

Cool, I just want to make sure the ID is 1/4” like in the Masterflex thread so I buy the correct fittings from US Plastic.

Is that right? Brs said the rollers are suggested to be replace every 2000 his. That's only like 90 days roughly of use.

Since it won't add to the shipping, and if you have enough, I'll take 10' if not then 5' will work.

In case I missed it, you doing Pay Pal for payment?

shall i start a poll as to what this answer means?
My question in the green circle

I'm guessing if the rollers need to be changed from time to time then i can remove 3 rollers if i need higher flow rate

I had 7 takers- I can give you 7 1/2 feet making the total of 10.
When tubing arrives a trip to the PO & shipping costs will be known.
Pay Pal can be used but since I am working this @ cost I would appreciate fees included.

No problem, I was just trying to get you to your quota.
If more inquire, just cut me back until I reach the 2.5' min.

Personal check work? You can hold shipment till it clears.

Check will work & no need to send now.
I still believe people can be trusted to do the right thing.
If the length changes I will let you know.

Gotcha... I was going from the spec sheet for the pump that stated that the PharMed Tubing Life is 2000 Hours and said nothing about head life.

But still, since they are selling the replacement head, of course they are recomending replacement.

We recommend changing the pump head assembly every 2000 hours, along with the PharMed Tubing Assembly

Wonder how often the Masterflex guys are replacing tubing or the roller assembly.

On tkeracer619’s big Masterflex thread, I believe people are replacing the Pharmed BPT tubing in 6 month intervals. The rollers on the Masterflex pumps do not need replacing as far as I know as they are built to industrial/lab grade standards and are infinitely more robust than the tiny plastic rollers on the Kamoer stepper motor.

With the Masterflex pumps and Easy Load heads, we never have to replace roller assemblies. The rollers on the Cole Parmer heads are metal and last indefinitely. I replace my tubing every 6-8 months but keep in mind that the RPM on our heads are likely lower due to a larger diameter roller assembly compared to those on the Kamoer and the pharmed LS17 tubing has thicker walls if I am not mistaken.
