I made the deadline!!
LOL i just have to express my excitement, I just signed a contract for my first house today. I made the 8000$ cut off by hours.
This was a intense week for house buying. My realtor said business was up 47% percent this month. While i am on the subject of moving.....Anyone have any big tubs i could borrow/rent.? Thinking i will just run every thing in one large tub for a while in the basement. Then i can set up the tank slowly. |

Well since the house is completely updated, with ever appliance included. Even a washer/dryer.
I am thinking finished basement/rec room, (frame, electrical, and drywall all done my self so on the cheap), def a new tank in the 120 range, and maybe a new couch. lol Then i can sit in my house and never leave because i am broke now. lol thanks all! I really want to incorporate a solar tube in my tank some how.! |

Either buy an Achilles Tang or a 60 inch flat screen! Good luck with the new house.

I hope not 4 months! I heard 2 months. That stinks.
The house is in lancaster, walking distance from como park. cali- maybe i will frag some of my favorite corals and you can hold a frag for me if anything goes wrong. I think i should be good, i do not have a very big tank to move. I am moving water and all rock in a few rubbermaid tubs. Corals individually bagged. |

When we bought our house almost 3 years ago, all we got from Uncle Sam was an "atta boy" and some property tax.
