Selling my 110g

Well... I have been too busy since I started teaching, so I have been neglecting my tank. I decided to downsize my tank right now, so I'm selling my 110g tank. I know most likely I can't sell everything at once so here is what I have for sale with the individual prices.

Undrilled 110g Glass tank, overflow box, & Wood Stand 60" x 18" x 24" (Stand 38" tall) $180.00
4" florecent lights $10.00
Octopus NW -200 Skimmer (used less than a month) $200.00
300 watt heater $10.00
Seio M820 No mounting brackets $15.00
Rio 2500 $20.00
Rio 1400 $10.00
Live rock $2 per lb
40lbs live sand $20.00

Everything is first come first served. I live in Norwalk 90650.

Everything, other than the tank and stand, is ready to go. Post in this thread or PM me for my information or any questions.

I have around 90 lb of live rock left.

Decided to lower the price on the tank because I want to shut it down. $200 for the tank, stand, heater, all the powerheads, light, and sand.

I did a rough weighting of the rock and it came to be a little over 100 pounds. $200 picks it all up and i'll throw in 40lbs of live sand and 2 healthy scissor tail gobies.
