I think it's a Fairy Wrasse but not sure of which.

It's Halichoeres hortulanus - checkerboard wrasse. They get about 7".

Yeah, looks like it is a Checkerboard. I was doubtful at first since all pix of one looked nothing similar to mine. Then it dawned on me that mine is a juvenile still.
