Lighting for 20x20x8 frag tank?

Hey guys, currently interested in getting a frag tank 20x20x8 13 gallon. Something I'm contemplating on is what lighting should I get? I'm definitely going to be wanting to keep acro frags in there. One light I'm considering right now is a Kessil 150 with a gooseneck. I can get one for fairly cheap so thats another reason why I'm looking at it. I'd love to have a Vega and what not because of dimmable functions and it can connect with my other vega BUT I'm not a baller like most of you guys xD. I'm looking around for less than $200. Also the frag tank that I'm looking at is on ebay. here's the link:

please let me know if it's an okay one or if anyone has had any experiences on these tanks? Definitely don't want to be going cheap but budget limits things. Thanks in advance for all your advices and guidance!
