Very nice! Loving the rimless tank, the clean stand, and how the tank sits flush with the stand. Any closeup pics on how the controller is integrated into the stand?

Although personally I don't see it. They have a certain non metallic look to them for sure...I guess you could say plastic but that is an aesthetic choice (one that I love) I think to keep them looking sleek and simple.

Or are you looking at other lights?

The only other ones I have seen in this thread anyways are very expensive looking aluminum pendants with built in LCD monitors...Not exactly cheap looking

Only reason I ask is that I see the exact opposite when I look at most all Elos products, especially the lighting. It looks pretty expensive to me.
I was talking about aquaplanet line, I was suprised that with such high end product they even sell lights with a plastic-like material, their aquaplanet are definately not made of metal. I haven't seen their aluminum pendant you refer to, I bet those are nice! I was considering getting these at one point, but stuck to getting geisemanns

Bart and TBone have the right idea with huge tanks in their kitchen. Now they can keep an eye on their future dinners. If a lobster has the rubber bands on it's claws, does that make it reef safe?

Interesting, Ching! Where did you find a tank like that?

In a different note, what fruit does Thailand import? Apples? Peaches? Seems like they'd be more of an exporter....

I bought from LFS. They import it from Italy.

Yes, we import Apple, Cherry, Grape etc.. I sell them to mid-end and high-end market.
Our country does have lots of good tropical fruits.

I think anyting with the "rimless open top stand alone" type design is very minimalist and modern...... they all look fantastic.... I think an A/C home is a must though to deal with evaporation?
