Help, need suggestions

Hi , i need any suggestions I can get. In a 150 gallon tank i have a 4" sailfin tang, a 4" Yellow Tang, a 4" niger Trigger, and 2 clown fish. All these fish get along great in the tank, 2 anemones live rock and sand. Introduced a Foxface Lo to the mix and almost lost him. The tangs and trigger won't leave him alone. I used a piece of plexiglass to partition the tank with the Foxface by himself. Any ideas on how to better integrate everyone?
