05/05/09 Update for June 13th Frag Swap!

Attention all Coral Traders and Reef Aquarium Enthusiasts!

With F&S going to every other year for their Coral Conference, we felt the need to fill the gap. I'm sure many of you are thinking just like we were. What are we going to do with no Coral Conference this June, mow the lawn and weed the garden? I think not, push the mover back in the garage and take off the garden gloves! You have better things to do! You are cordially invited to NWRS’s Northwoods Frag Swap!

WHERE: Northwoods Banquet Center (formerly Taj Mahal), Rhinelander, WI

WHEN: Saturday, June 13th, 12-4

SCHEDULE:
- Friday June 12, 6pm-8pm: Early trader set up
- Saturday June 13, 9-12: Trader Set Up
- 12-4: Frag Swapping!
- 3-3:30: Frag Raffle & Dry goods Raffle
- 4 – End

Here are some of the highlights:

Hi,
We are hoping to get more reef clubs involved fraging coral and frag swaps. With that in mind, we would like to invite your reef club in our Swap. We are offering one free 4' table to your club. It is a great way to raise some funds and get everybody in your club involved by fraging some coral and donating a few to your club tank. It is also a great way for your club to meet potential members that will see you at the swap!

The only thing we ask in return is one frag for our frag raffle. We will have people there to help with setup and take down. Please consider our offer, you will have a fun time!!!

If, you have any questions, you can pm or email me at: robchap@charter.net

To reserve a table please contact our treasure at: treasurer@nwreefsociety.com
